There are about 115 red-and-white dairy cows, 65 calves, 150 pigs and 20 sheep in the stables and pastures on the Olieman family farm. Part of the milk is used to produce farm cheese. The cheese is sold at the old homestead. They also sell 2-kilo cheeses that make perfect gifts.
